Bare to PARI: Starting With Nothing, Creating Something Your Own

Bare to PARI: Starting With Nothing, Creating Something Your Own

What if a beauty event didn't start with a finished makeup look?

What if it started with a bare face?

That was the idea behind Bare to PARI, an intimate PARI experience conceptualized and organized by our very own content creator, Grashme through Pari Cosmetics at the Pari Office.

We wanted to bring people together who don't necessarily come from the same world — makeup artists, gamers, rappers, content creators and other creatives — and give them one thing in common: a table full of PARI products and the freedom to try them for themselves.

Come As You Are

The whole idea was simple: come bare-faced and discover PARI from there.

No pre-planned makeup look. No pressure to arrive looking a certain way.

Just your skin, your personality and a chance to play around with makeup.

Everyone started from the same place, but what happened next was completely different.

Some went straight for their favourite lip products. Some took their time with their base. Others experimented with shades and products they wouldn't normally reach for.

And that's exactly what we wanted.

Beauty Doesn't Have One Look

One of the things we loved most about Bare to PARI was seeing such different people in the same room.

A makeup artist sees makeup through technique and artistry.

A rapper might see it as part of their identity and style.

A gamer might have a completely different relationship with beauty.

And a content creator might simply want to try something new.

There was no right way to do it.

Everyone brought their own personality to the experience, and somehow, the same PARI products looked completely different on everyone.

More Than an Influencer Event

We didn't want Bare to PARI to feel like another event where people come in, take a few pictures and leave.

We wanted people to actually experience the products.

To touch them, try them, mix and match, ask questions, find shades they liked and figure out what worked for them.

Because sometimes, you don't really know if a product is for you until you put it on.

And watching everyone's looks come together was probably the best part.

An Idea From Our Own Team

What made the event even more special was that the idea came from within PARI.

Grashme, one of our content creators, brought the concept to life and helped create an experience that felt intimate, relaxed and very PARI.

It wasn't about bringing together people who all looked or worked the same.

It was about bringing together people who were different and letting them make the experience their own.

From Bare to PARI

By the end of the event, everyone had gone from bare to their own version of PARI.

Some looks were soft.

Some were bold.

Some were completely unexpected.

And that's what we loved about it.

Because makeup doesn't have to change who you are.

Sometimes, it's simply another way to show a little more of it.

Bare to PARI was never about becoming someone else.

It was about starting as you are and seeing where PARI takes you.
