On July 29th, the team at Pari Cosmetics visited Get Paper Industry in Budhanilkantha to document the production of a very special element of our upcoming launch — the packaging for our Heart to Heart Brush Set.
The visit to Get Paper Industry, a sustainable manufacturer known for working with brands like The Body Shop and Lush, wasn’t your typical production check-in. This was personal. Our upcoming Heart to Heart Brush Set — a collection made with care and intention — needed packaging that reflected just that. Something honest. Something real. Something proudly Nepali.
And that’s exactly what we found.
This wasn’t just a site visit. It was a reminder of why we choose to build our brand with intention. The materials, the people, the process — they all matter.
We arrived during the team’s short lunch break, the group had a chance to settle in and chat with the factory's leadership. The conversation touched on everything from Nepali paper’s global recognition to how the industry is shifting toward smaller, impact-driven collaborations. It was clear from the start: this partnership was about more than a box.
The Room Where It Happens
When production resumed, we were led into a room labeled “Bandipur.” That’s where we saw them: the first-ever boxes for our Heart to Heart Brush Set, laid out in two sizes — one for the Face Brush Set and the other for the Eye Brush Set.
There were a group of women worked closely together, carefully handling every step of the process. From gluing and assembling the boxes to placing the magnetic closures and adding the final touches, each woman had a specific role, and their teamwork made the whole process flow smoothly.
This wasn’t just about putting together packaging — it was clear that these women brought skill, pride, and dedication to their work. Their efforts highlight the important role women play in Nepal’s growing creative industries. Beyond making beautiful, high-quality packaging, their work also creates opportunities and empowers them in meaningful ways.
Building More Than Boxes

As we walked out that afternoon, there was a quiet sense of something meaningful. Watching the women work—focused, steady, and proud—left a lasting impression. It wasn’t just about packaging or products anymore. It was about people. About effort. About care. 
Every box we saw being made felt like more than just packaging—it was a small piece of something bigger: a story of local hands, honest work, and what’s possible when we choose to create with intention.
We came to document a process. But we left with a deeper respect for the people behind it.
