This September, our Pari family took a well-deserved break from the office buzz and headed to Neo Farm Retreat, a escape nestled in Bosan Village, right below Champadevi.
The two-day getaway, held on September 19th and 20th, was more than just a retreat — it was an experience filled with laughter, learning, and togetherness.
The Journey Begins
Thirteen of us set off at 1:00 PM, full of excitement (and playlists ready!). Traveling alongside our amazing mentors Deepa Gurung and Sega Gurung, and their adorable son Simba, we could already feel the weekend’s energy building up.
We were also joined by our hardworking helping hands, Rojina Didi and Anita Didi, whose support makes every day at Pari Cosmetics smoother and brighter.
The drive itself was filled with stories, laughter, and scenic views — a perfect start to what would soon become an unforgettable team experience.
Why This Retreat Mattered
While relaxation was part of the plan, this retreat carried a deeper purpose.

Watching her balance leadership, creativity, and care reminded us that success isn’t just about results — it’s about how we show up for one another.
Her warmth and grounded presence set the tone for the entire retreat, inspiring us all to lead with both ambition and empathy.
Barbecue, Beats & Beautiful Memories
As the sun set, Neo Farm turned into our own little party spot. The grill was on, music was loud, and laughter filled the air.
Soon, we were all dancing to Nepali songs, making TikToks, and just letting loose after days of hard work. Then came the biggest surprise — Deepa Ma’am and Rojina Ji hit us with a secret choreography they had planned beforehand! We were screaming, clapping, and joining in halfway through, completely losing track of time. It wasn’t fancy or planned, but that’s what made it so special. It reminded us that the best memories are the ones made when we simply let go, laugh a little louder, and dance like no one’s watching. 
What We Took Home
The retreat reminded us that Pari Cosmetics isn’t just a workplace —it’s a collective of dreamers, doers, and believers.
We’re a team driven by passion, creativity, and care, and it’s this connection that reflects in everything we create. Taking time to step away from deadlines reminded us why we do what we do:
